We have three items of valve applicator machine. Today I would like to introduce our CSM01 manual valve applicator machine to you.
From above picture of our CSM01, you can see our valve machine can help you install different size of flexible package bag, such like: coffee bag, pet food bag, stand up pouch bag, open side guest bag and so on.
It can meet your small amounts of valves installing every month.
Firstly, Valve applicator machine's speed of installing valves
CSM01 can install 400-800pcs of one way valve into the package bags for 1 hour.
Secondly, Material structure of the pressure valve machine
Our valve installing machine was made by the Aluminum Frame, they all have anodized treatment.
It can ensure the valve applicator machine work more stable and prevents metal parts from oxidation caused by prolonged use.
Thirdly, the function of valve installing machine
Our valve applicator machine has the piece counter; you can clearly to know how many pieces of one way degassing valves you had installed into your package bags.
You can easy to control and run our CSM01 , you can set up the temperature and valves installing seconds to meet your different thickness of package bags.

Now, Color Suns CSM01 manual valve applicator machine only can work with Color Suns one way valve CS01, CS02, CS04 and CS05.
