30.The Package Details of The Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine–CSM01
Today I will introduce the package detail of our Color Suns Company's Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine--CSM01.
I think you must know what is the mainly application of this machine--Installing coffee valve into the coffee package.
1.The CSM01 Valve applier machine will be packed by a wooden box. Because the wooden box can avoid the long-term transport which maybe cause the machine broke down.
2.Whether the machine need to be fumigated?
Answer: No! The machine was made by the plywood, the plywood material which we used are no need to do the fumigate, it can pass by custom clearence directly.
3.What will be packed into the wooden box?
Answer: Three wearing parts will be packed into the wooden box.
1)One piece of Heating rings
2)One piece of Thermocouple
3)Three pieces of Temperature-resistant Cloth

Of course, if some of our clients also want some samples from Color Suns, they also will be packed into the wooden box.
4.All the Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine will be tested well before packing.All the sales will take some pictures of the machine before the Technician put the machine into the wooden box. We also will take the video and send to our clients who need to confirm the machine really work well before packing.
