How to install the coffee valve into the coffee bag by the valve applicator machine?
We can see many flexible package bags will have 1 aroma valve on their bags. But do you know how is this small aroma valves be installed into the flexible package bag?
You must have 1 unit of valve appliator machine.
Firstly, you should put the coffee valve into the vibration plate.
Secondly, you can connect the air compressor which more than 0.3mbar, you can buy the air compressor machine in local.
Thirdly, open the semi-automatic valve applicator machine CSM02, you will see the coffee valve will be transmit automatic into the valve machine by the vibration plate, it can faster than manual valve machine or hand put the valve.
According to the video, you can see all pieces of coffee valves will transmit one by one into the machine, and transport into the valve installing station.
Then you can put your coffee bag or pouch bag on the machine, step on the foot switch, the machine will install the valves into all kinds of pre-made package bags.
