What is the mainly function of this graduated scale?
1.The graduated scale on the Color Suns valve applicator machine, which can help you set up the position of the one way valve on your flexible packaging bags.
Most of your clients will ask you to install the one way valve at the center of the packaging bag, so, how to make sure all the one way valves are installed at the center of the bags?
The graduated scale on the machine, can help you install the one way valves at the center of the bags, the left size with the baffle can ensure your bag would not offset on the valve machine while you are installing the one way valves.
2.You can decide how deep to install the one way degassing valve on your flexible package bags.
Some clients would like to install at the top of the bags, so they don’t need the valves are installed too deep by the valve machine.
But some of clients need to install the valves at the bottom of the bags, so they must install the one way valves very deep by the valve machine. So the graduated scale can tell you how much deep you can install the valves.
3.You can install the one way valves at the left side of the bags or right side of the bag.
From the picture, you can see, you can control the position of the one way valve installing. You can install the valves at the left side of your flexible packaging. You also can install the valves at the right side of your flexible packaging.
4.With the graduated scale, you can set up the centimeter of the valves on the your bags.
For example: I want to install the valve at the center of the bags, and 1cm distance from the zipper of my flexible packaging. You can set up this by the graduated scale from the COLOR SUNS Valve applicator machine.
For example: I want to install the valve the left side of my flexible packaging bag, about 2cm distance from the edge of my flexible packaging bag. You can see, all your one way valves will be installed in 2cm distance at the left side from the edge of your bags. It is easy to control and set up by COLOR SUNS valve applicator machine.
