110.How long the roasted coffee bean can be saved by the coffee package with coffee valve?
Today Color Suns one way valve & valve applicator machine company team opened one bag of coffee to taste. After we check the package of the coffee, we found the coffee valve on the package have fell half of it.
And them our team begin the discuss about how long the roasted coffee bean can saved by the coffee bag with coffee valve?
We agreed that, the roasted coffee should be tasted within 3 months after they roasted by the roaster.
As usual, the roaster after finished roasting the coffee bean, they will leave the roasted coffee bean along.
Why?
1.They will release more and more CO2 after the bean were roasted, the roaster will leave them release amount of CO2 after 14-15 hours.
2.The fresh roasted coffee bean was very hot, it can’t be packed into the coffee bag right now. So we must wait for the coffee bean be cold.
After 14-15 hours, we must pack the roasted coffee bean into the coffee package, such like: craft paper bag, aluminum foil bag or Stand-up pouch coffee bag.
All this coffee package must be installed 1 piece of coffee valve which also called one way degassing valve.
Why?
Because most of roasted coffee bean, even though they have been left along 14-15 hours, they still release the CO2. So we must use the coffee valve on the coffee package for the roasted coffee bean.
After the roasted coffee bean finished packed, how long we must taste it?
Some of people will say at least the bag of coffee can save 1 year.
1.But most of professional will say within 1 months. The freshest period will be 2 weeks. The taste of the coffee will be the best tasted. We called it the freshest period.
2.The fresher period will be 1 month. The tasted of the roasted coffee will not fresher than before 2 weeks.
So we must try our best to open a bag of roasted coffee and taste them within 1 months, it can make sure we can taste the freshest coffee.
