The other special applications will used for pet foods package bags, the small plastic valve can be installed into all kinds of pet food package bags, they can keep your pet foods fresh.

CS04 aroma valve without filter and CS05 valve with filter.
Firstly, why we called them with / without filter?
This is from their outlook to decide. You will see from below picture, their mainly difference is the outlook. CS04 without the filter on it, but the CS05 with the white filter on it. The air valve with filter mainly will pack for the powder goods, such like coffee powder (ground coffee). The other one without filter mainly pack for the bean products, such like coffee bean.
Secondly, why the air valve will have such many different sizes from the market?
To meet different clients’ production line, Color Suns will produce different sizes of plastic aroma valve, to make sure our clients’ valve applicator machine can run the aroma valves. As you can see, our CS04 & CS05 size will be 20*5.5mm. And the other items of Color Suns air valve CS01 & CS02 will be 22.3*4.05mm.
Thirdly, why the plastic aroma valve will have different structure cause the client don’t know how to choose?
Color Suns also produce different structure of aroma valve, the inside structure that will cause the different air flow of the valves. Such like our CS04 & CS05, their air flow will be 2-8mbar. But the other items CS01 & CS02 will be 2-5mbar.
