We are the manufacture, who are producing the coffee valves automatically. We are using the fully automatic production line to produce the degassing coffee valve, they not only can make sure the quality of the degassing valves, but also can ensure the lead time of production.
Many clients are very interested in Color Suns coffee valves. They want to know how many kinds of coffee valves we are producing.
Let us begin to introduce the more details to you:
Now we mainly produced two series of coffee valves:
1.The first series of valves: CS01 & CS02
The size: Diameter is 22.3mm, High is 4.05mm
The open pressure is 2-5mbar.
CS01 is valve with filter, it mainly used for powder products, such like: coffee powder.
CS02 is valve without filter, it mainly used for bean products, such like: coffee bean.
From below pictures, you can be easy to know what the size of the first series of valve CS01 & CS02, you also can know why we call it valve with filter and without filter.
2.The second series of valves: CS04 & CS05
The size: Diameter is 20mm, High is 5.5mm
The open pressure is 2-8mbar.
CS05 is valve with filter, it mainly used for powder products, such like: coffee powder.
CS04 is valve without filter, it mainly used for bean products, such like: coffee bean.
From below picture, you can be easy to know what the size of the first series of valve CS04 & CS05, you also can know what is the different between CS01 &CS02.
From above short introduction, you can be easy to know the different between Color Suns CS01, CS02, CS04 and CS05. We can offer you four kinds of PE degassing valves, they are in different size, different open pressure, and different applications.
But they also can work for roasted coffee, to release the CO2 outside of the coffee package bags.
