Today, Color Suns one way degassing valve & valve applicator machine factory will new launch the bigger size of CSM02 valve applicator machine to meet some special clients’ requirements.
Why we will produce this valve applicator machine CSM02-plus
When we are selling the degassing valves and valve machines to our customers, we found that, some of our customers will produce the big size of package bags, such like 25kg feed bags.
That kinds of bag size will be width 55cm, they also need to install the valves into 25cm deep.
Because as usual, Color Suns produced the valve applicator machine, for example: CSM01 and CSM02.
They mainly will work with small size of coffee bag, sauerkraut bag or feed bag, size will be 250g, 500g or 1kg.
So, our items of valve applicator machine can not work with 25kg bag with width in 55cm and valve deep in 25cm.
In this special case, Color Suns technology department have a good idea to help the customers solve the problem.
We can produce a valve applicator machine in big size to work with such big size of package bag.
That is why, we new launch the CSM02-Plus.
You will see, this really a CSM02-Plus valve applicator machine. Its size will be 90*80*48cm. It can install about 28cm deep of the valves.
So if you produce the big size of package bag for coffee or feed, you can choose Color Suns CSM02-Plus to install the valve.
From above video of the CSM02-Plus running, you will see, it is very easy to control, it can accpet big size of pacakge bag, and it can install deepper than CSM01 and CSM02.
